I was in the car waiting for my mom while she redeemed some scratchers she won. I saw a few people that came after her go in and come out before her. I assumed she was looking around only to find out that she waited her turn and the woman told (not asked) her to move aside to help another patron. When someone else came in she kept my mom waiting saying "no I'll help you hers is going to take a while!" After the THIRD person my mom decided she was unwilling to continue to be brushed aside. She quietly grabbed her tickets and as she left she heard the clerk say "oh well she must be mad" to her co worker. Furthermore there is a plethora of terrible reviews about the employees is any action being taken?

The lady who I can only assume is a manager, is extremely condescending and rude to the employees working here. It made my experience inside the store awkward and uncomfortable to see her tear down the cashier in front of customers. Aside from that, this is a very nice gas station, with friendly and helpful employees.

Bought a car wash today and they refused to validate their 20cents off per gallon of gasoline. They said it was becuase I had to buy the car wash and gas in a certain order. The sign on the car wash itself does not say any of this. The manager basicaly told me off and when I didn't leave she turned and walked over to the register and was reaching around to grab a clip board of some sort. I thought maybe she was gonna get me a reciept or something so I could come back and get my 20 cents off but instead she whips around and tells me that I'm in her space and I need to step back. I was literally 3 feet away from her. What a waste.

All of them employed are very nice, good coffee in the morning that starts my day, and very clean, employees are very move and helpful all the time. Then in the afternoon I get monsters and pit pass rewards :)

I think the policy that they inforce here is disgusting refusing to serve alcohol/ cigarette to British people that only have UK identification -that is racist! There is a very large British community that live on the complex at red mill that are all serving in the US military!! The two female members of staff had a foul attitude!
