Established in 1936, The Pitcairn Monroeville Sportsmen's Club (PMSC) is located at 505 Mosside Boulevard (route 48) in North Versailles.

Mission

The PMSC was established for the purpose of..
promoting, aid, and encourage the conservation of our natural resources, "especially Game, Fish, Forest, and Stream",
promoting good fellowship and higher ethics among sportsmen.
As forum for the education of Sportsmen related activities and safe handling of Sporting Arms.
For the enjoyment of its members and family to participate in Sportsmen Related... activities and events, hunting, dog training, and "Good Old Camaraderie"

Love this place! You have to be a member, I was in as a guest. As long as you're careful, respectful of the freed, and clean up after yourself it's an amazing place to  practice shooting.

I've been a member for 4 years now. After being to a handful of other clubs in western PA, this club is the best mix of variety and rules (no silly 5 round rules). Members are friendly or keep to themselves; both of which is fine by me! Some of the more popular ranges are allowed deteriorate to a pretty sorry state by end of fall.

Easily the best shooting range in Western PA. 

They have an interactive steel range for pistols and an indoor range for nasty days.  

For rifles you will find a 50, 100, 200 and 300 yd range. 

For shotguns, there is a skeet range and multiple trap ranges. All can be self-controlled. 

For archery you'll find an outdoor range with a level deck AND an elevated position to practice shooting from a stand. 

There are "pods" located throughout the property where you can set up targets in private and safely teach someone to shoot, practice tactics or moving drills, etc.  

The culture at this club is fantastic. The land is very well kept and monitored - take care of it!  Range safety rules are as expected without burdening an enthusiast. You are totally fine with drawing from holsters, using full mags, shooting full auto, suppressed or even your 50BMG.

As for membership, attend a monthly board meeting and find a sponsor.  No waiting list here!
