Jack was GREAT...I had inquired about Bankruptcy almost 2 years ago. He always responded right away when I emailed him. When I said I wasn't going to go the Bankruptcy route, he was pleasant. 4 months ago, I emailed him again about pursuing Bankruptcy, he responded right away. He never once thought that I was just jerking him around. 3 months ago I filed and now it's discharged. I highly recommend if you are looking into Bankruptcy, go see Jack Pitts. Thanks again Jack for all your hard work on this. I feel relieved now.

I first met Jack Pitts back in May. I'd been injured and out of work and my financial situation was spiraling out of control. I'd stumbled upon his office by accident, driving past it on Killingly Street. I took a chance and gave him a call. It was, hands down, one of the best decisions I've made. 

Upon meeting Jack, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy-going and humorous he was. This was a very tense situation for me, and he immediately disarmed any tension that I had and put me at ease. He took the time necessary to go through the entire process with my wife and I and was ALWAYS very fast to return a phone call or reply to an e-mail. From the time of my first appointment to my scheduled court date, I knew I could count on Jack to be there for me. The day of my court appearance was another very tense day, but Jack made me forget any worries that I had by being in my corner that day. 

Not only is Jack Pitts a great attorney, he is a genuinely great person. I can't possibly recommend him highly enough to anyone seeking counsel. See Jack and you won't be let down!
