One of the best airport I have ever been to. The airport is less crowded most of the times and very easy to get in and out. Free parking shuttles to go to extended parking lot. The shuttle drivers are very friendly and even dropped near my car once when I arrived past the mid night due to a delayed flight. Parking costs for extended parking lots are cheap. Weekend parking turns out cheaper for me than uber rides to/from airport to my home.

Usually easy in and out. I'm giving their extended parking shuttle bus drivers a big thumbs up in this review. After a late night flight back to PIT after they had several days of snow and frigid temps, the shuttle driver I had was helping each bus passenger get their windows cleaned off and making sure their car/truck would start before leaving them alone on a cold winters night. Other places may have nice tourist attractions, but Pittsburgh has really nice people.

United at PIT is TERRIBLE at baggage claim.  Priority bags NEVER come of first. Today they were two-thirds the way all of the bags before mine showed up..  And before someone asks, YES they had the priority tags.And no, the bags before mine did NOT have priority tags.I've asked the personnel at baggage claim and even spoke to who I was told was the manager.  Nothing changed.  Guess I'll drop Oscar a quick note.

I've been through this airport at least 30 times on trips from the UK & this is my favourite airport in the world.So easy to navigate and they have an alternative gate for security checks for peak times..There are lots of eating options once you go through security departures,but there is limited eating places on the "land side"..The airport has always been clean whenever I've been there,and for  those arriving and in need of transportation to downtown,there is the twice an hour 28X downtown flyer which costs $2.75 cash when I last used it,as well as plenty of cabs and Uber to choose from...A great & favourite airport I always enjoy using
