I received a citation for "blocking" a driveway on my street. I went to go pay for the ticket the next day because I don't have time to plea not guilty and go to court and take a day off work. To my knowledge the receptionist said that my citation wasn't in the system and it could take up to 30 days. Just today, a month later I went online to pay after the answering machine directed me to the online payment system. However, for some reason it said I couldn't pay online and I have to contact the court. I was on the phone on and off for an hour trying to reach someone to explain my situation and no one would listen to me and kept transferring me to other departments. This was by far the worst service a municipal court could have. Good job on cracking down on parking violations.

First... get here early because it's worse than the line at the TSA. Second if you're going to turn yourself in where extra socks and bring a really thick hoodie because it's going to be your blanket for the next three days. And my final most important piece of advice just be really nice to everybody they want to be there as much as you want to be there.
