I was referred to Dr. Mark Conners at the end of this past summer. After dealing with bad dentists, who would rather ignore cavities or pull the entire tooth rather than simply fill the cavity, I came to refer to my own teeth as monster teeth since I thought that’s what they looked like. I was missing teeth and had more cavities than I could count. I didn’t like smiling anymore, had lost numerous jobs and hadn’t had a boyfriend in a long time. Tooth pain had started to become normal to me, but sitting in the dreaded dentist chair seemed like a pointless activity, since no one had been able to help me in the past. When I arrived at Pittsford Family Dental, the entire staff was really nice. Dr. Mark Conners not only came up with a game plan to fix my smile, he actually followed through. Procedures in his dental chair were not painful like the ones I had experienced in the past with others dentists. And instead of waiting months between each visit, it was only days. Within a few short months, all of my teeth were white again, and it now no longer looks like I’m missing any teeth. My smile is finally beautiful once again all because I was lucky enough to be referred to Dr. Mark Conners and his team. As far as I’m concerned, Dr. Mark Conners and his team performed a miracle. Their patience, determination, and painless procedures gave me back my smile and my confidence. Their staff is not only friendly, but also knowledgeable. I have referred friends to Pittsford Family Dental, and will continue to do so. Thank you for your time!

I always have a great experience with Pittsford Family Dental. I think I have seen all of the dentists while I've been a patient there and they are all fantastic! Amy is an outstanding technician and is great to see every six months. She is calm and clear and always makes me feel comfortable.

Dr. Mark Conners is a fabulous dentist with a dedicated staff. I travel from Washington DC every year to see him and he does meticulous work and even fixes the emergency work done by the dentists in the DC area, where it is amazingly hard to find a good dentist.
