Customer since 2001. Buffalo Chicken Sub is amazing. The pizza is surprisingly good! They've never messed up an order- in any way.

Don't order from these assholes. Got 7$ cheese soup with some french fries mixed in. Used to order all the time now they are all assholes who can't speak English

I just walked in to grab a drink and a small pizza for my daughter... I walked right back out like it was a revolving door. It is dirty and smelled badly in there. As soon as i walked in the door I noticed a pair of girls dirty shoes under a bench.... in plain sight! A pair of dirty raggedy looking flats right there on the floor under a bench. Was not even acknowledged by the employee behind the counter in the 2.3 seconds i was in there. We walked down to dominos for a pizza instead. Malcolm at dominos took excellent care of us. And it was super clean in there. No thanks pizzarella.

Every time we've ordered from them the people on the phone were very rude. And every single time they've screwed up our order, like to the point where they must be giving us somebody else's food. This last order was the last straw. Will not be ordering again. We will stick to Yoli's

Listen, they have good pizza here. The food is pretty good and I largely enjoy it, but the service is terrible. They are constantly losing online orders, pickup food is never ready when you arrive, and delivery takes forever. If your food isn't ready or your order got "lost," they rush around and the food doesn't get cooked enough. So, I guess you have to decide if you have time to spare, or if the many other pizza places around are a safer bet.
