You will see a PT on your first visit who will disregard your doctor's orders and then shuffle you off to a tech who you have to BEG to give you attention. Then you'll get a bill with zero explanation for the charges. When you go to pay it they will quote you with a different amount owed. Cue a month of back and forth voicemails. This place is a scam.

New patient.  Therapist failed to show.  Secretary didn't have the therapist's number.

The receptionist was really unhelpful and I was not treated with respect. I asked a few polite questions and received unenthusiastic "no" answers with no helpful follow-up advice. I was then promptly hung up on while I was saying thank you and good bye. Glad there are reviews here to provide this kind of transparency. I would have thought these guys would have their act together a bit more.
