I must say, after reading the less than favorable reviews I was really hesitant to order from this location but my need to try the Ultimate Cheesy Crust Pizza won.  So, I called. The person that answer the phone was very polite and told me that it would take about 20-25 for the pizza to be ready for pick up.  I arrived in about 30 minutes.  Walked in, there were two customers ahead of me.  They were taken care of promptly and so was I.  Honestly, it was a pleasant experience and I’m glad I got to try the Ultimate Cheesy Crust Pizza.  Satisfied customer here.

I have only been twice, but there is no sense of urgency at this location. I can confirm some of the other reports on here that employees smoke in the parking lot from what I have seen in congregations. That said, I personally don't care too much about it, but they are seriously slow. Also, my second order I was completely unsatisfied with. It was like some sort of cardboard box pizza for a dollar. This is a first, because any pizza I have ever gotten at any location has been acceptable - even if they mess up the order a bit. I will definitely be requesting a refund or replacement tomorrow. The location in riverview blows this one away. The employees would not last there. It's just a poorly managed location - apparently.

Horrible service! Horrible experience!
The pizza that I ordered was cold and had been tampered with (as shown in the pictures). I was beyond disgusted. I have been going to this particular Pizza Hut for a few years, and had never encountered anything like this. In fact, I've NEVER had this experience at ANY restaurant. I called the restaurant back after I saw the pizza and the staff was extremely rude!  They did not even want to redo my order or give a refund at first. I had to call TWICE just to get my money back. They even refused to give me a contact number for management/corporate. I did not want to chance getting another tainted pizza. You should NEVER TAMPER with someone's food. I will NEVER dine here again (or any Pizza Hut).

I ordered the new crusty cheesy pizza and it was not good.  Very doughy and very little pizza taste.  Very disappointed since we spent over $25..00
I will not order again although the delivery service was good and prompt
