Worst place ever!!!!!! Last week I placed an order for pick up and when I get there the employees were yelling and cussing at each other. People were wanting there money back. I get my pizza home and opened the box to see what looks like it was literally thrown in there. I could not even make out a complete slice. I call and report this to mgmt and they appoligize and refunded my account via credit. I figured that I would try it again using my credit as payment. BIG MISTAKE! I ordered a pizza and wings at 8pm and it is now 11:30pm and after 3 calls my food is finally here. It is completely cold, looks like it had been sitting for quite some time and to top it  off ....No wings! The driver said they forgot them and that I should call. Well I tried to call but the call center is only answering with no way to get in touch with any manager or the actual store. And I can't even get my money refunded for this crappy ass pizza. I am so done with this location and they will NEVER get my business again. Such a waste and disappointment.

Someone please explain to me how i show up to this wack shack to pick up my pizza. I pulled the door and it didn’t open so then Quincy at the desk goes we are close I look at the time it’s 7:48 but they close at 12. I go i have a question she says call the phone why can’t you walk your chubby self around the desk and open the door. So what is wrong with this picture. I was like maybe it’s because I’m colored so the other lady went in and got the same treatment. How the hell do you guys close early i always knew you guys were complete doggy Dudu. I thought you guys were the look when i saw Khalid working behind the desk but now i know that since you guys have fat amy working behind there you won’t see me again.

The worst customer service ever!!!! They are rude came in stood there for 15 minutes before the manager ask for my name once I explained to her i didn't order yet she walked away and started talking to other customers then had a nasty attitude when I asked the wait time she said 40 minutes for carry out she does have other orders never again!!!!!

Horrible service. Delivery lady was cusing for no reason, then called and they threatened me. Saying come down to the store little pink. Total trash. Called the bigs on them.
