Yesterday we ordered a large pizza delivered. The driver did not show us the pizza. When we opened it, Three pieces of the pizza had nothing on them. Today, ordered pizza delivered again. Pepperoni was missing on some pieces. I have pictures I’ll share. Never had service this poor from Pizza Hut Albertville. We’ll wait a while and see if you can straighten out the problem.

Have option of dine in, take out or carry out and delivery. If you dine in you have option at lunch time to have the buffet, which is very good! Consisting of salads, breadsticks, pizza, pastas and desert such as desert pizzas, pudding, jello. This may also be available at supper. Friendly atmosphere.

Staff is polite, the food is okay, but very very greasy (even for pizza). Delivery time estimates are usually pretty spot on, but it's a little pricey for the quality.

No plates & many of what was put out to use were dirty Food was cold. Not enough help to take care of tables. All tables were dirty. We have lived in Marshall County for about 4 yrs & have eaten there many times & it has never been this bad.
