I have never really had a bad experience but today I was angry and not gonna enjoy the pizza. I was coming in to order a pizza I got service by Stephanie there this is at 700pm the first thing before I talk to her the way she express to the workers being very rude telling them to help with delivery since don't do much and then rolling her eyes. I then asked her about specials she told me of some over $20.00 I was like nothing less and she told me a medium cost $13.77 and that it. I was surprise of her ride Voice I was like okay. I decided to go online to see and I says one pizza for 7.99 but online only. Then I saw another that said 2 medium 2 topping pizza for 6.99 each. That one did not say online only. I asked another girl I'll rather get that instead and she said okay but then stephStephanie came in was like no online specials are not there specials at there location I was like it's pizza hut I was so upset I never felt so hostile and then even her workers were like she's like that. I don't think someone with such a horrible attitude should be in Customer service I will never come here again

Customer service is horrible, Daniela the cashier whoever she is was very rude & giving me a difficult time because I wanted my pizza strictly half & half. Last time I checked the customer is always right, I should never have to argue with a cashier about how I wanted my order, then after she claimed she could only fix one pizza? So your telling me if you give me 2 incorrect pizzas I can only get one replaced? Doesn’t make any sense & she should be seriously spoken to about respecting customers. I had to get a refund & go to another Pizza Hut which was only 4 minutes from that location, now I’m completely satisfied. Teach her that the customers are always right & if the order is incorrect to just fix it instead arguing with a loyal customer.

Worst experience ever. I tried having a great night out. I placed an order for the kids to have something to eat. Pizza is paid for but 1 hour later (late pizza!) I get a call that they won’t hand the pizza over because I’m not there to show my ID or proof of my card. So being a part of this new generation I ask if I can FaceTime, show ID and show card “no I’m sorry mám we can’t do that” so I ask, is the pizza paid for? “Yes... but..” Hand it Over and leave!!

Restaurant was clean, people friendly and helpful, and the pizza prepared correctly, quick and delicious.
