Good news. Pizza is great and service friendly. Bad news. They do not accept all Pizza Hut coupons and drink prices are astronomical. I have bought a very good Old Fashion for the same price they charge for iced tea.

Probably the best Pizza Hut experience I've ever had. All of the food was great but our waitress made the visit. Initially, I thought Rebeka was the owner by the way she conducted business. If I had more people working for me that had her customer service and professionalism, I'd be able to take off more and not worry about what's going on.

Call in order to eat in not even started until we get there. Pizza beats cheese sticks out. We got our own plates, silverware and walked up to give our own drink order. No one checked on us the whole meal. Everyone in Fredericksburg knows the Pizza Huts are horribly run. Shame on us for even thinking we could get a good meal out as a family.

I called and ordered a pizza for delivery, and was told it would be an hour and 15 minutes because of the snow. It’s been 2 hours, and I have not gotten my pizza and they are now closed, so I was not able to get in touch with customer service. Not to mention they charged my Credit Card! Never again will I order from them!

The people working there refused to make the pizza we requested which was the cheesey stuffed crust one. Also the pizza was very greasy and our pepperoni pizza did not have that many pepperonies, also little to no sauce, also the service was bad. I would not recommend anybody to go here.
