My family and I went to go pick up our pizza and the man who attended us was so rude, disrespectful and had an attitude towards my grandmother.

Since all pizza hut started carry out or delivery. I found this place had at least 3 outdoor table that you can eat your pizza while it freshly made.

First of all I wish I could choose a ZERO star. I got time my order very late last week and I got an email after from Pizza Hut Survey to say sorry for that and you will get a free pizza with providing a code , so I called the Redwood City store and  at beginning one person answere the phone who barely could understand english so she transferred me to the sheff manager and she was so rude and could not help me and she hong up the phone on me. I will never order from this store. I hope the store manager and the head manger can do something on this matter since it is not right to Hang up the phone on the customers.
