We ordered $60.00 worth of pizza. Dude showed up to our office and was super rude to the receptionist. As she began to look us up he claimed "they must be imaginary" and left. They then cancelled our order. Now they want to recharge an employees card. Delivery boy was rude. Management was rude.

Absolutely the worst service we have ever received from any of the delivery places in Springfield. When arriving at reception, because the receptionist needed to find where we were, they assumed we weren't a real customer, and left with $60 worth of pizza that we had bought for our colleague was was leaving. After we called the manager, he was very rude, and said we wouldn't be reimbursed because they had called us. They didn't call us. The delivery person was impatient, assumed he was being pranked, and left. We won't be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

We have had some mess ups in the past, understandable, everyone is human. But when part of the order is straight left behind, mind you with no offer to replace it when we live less than 1 mile away, and then the pizza is wrong too, it can be fairly agravating. Upon calling to mention the issue we were given 10 dollars off the next order. An almost 30 dollar pizza being wrong as well as being charged for things we didn't receive is terrible customer service. Why would we order again to get the stupid 10 dollars off when no one had any intention of even refunding for what we did NOT receive?? Edit: The pizza we did receive tasted awful.

Ordered two pizzas: two pizzas showed up but completely wrong order. I called the store and they offered to correct it free of charge. Three minutes later two more pizzas showed up, the correct order. Called to cancel the remake of my order and got a free liter of soda in the process. I'm from Vegas so I get how hard food industry is, so it's not a 1-star experience AT ALL. Everyone was helpful and kind about the mishap & still brought my food on time (the second time around)
