The worst pizza hut I ever been too and I like like pizza hut. Where do I start. Order my food I knew I had a little wait. But 45mins when I walked in and ordered a some wings and a bottled drink. Spoke to the idiot behind the counter and she just looked at me and didn't say a word.( thought she was a mute until she had a question for someone.) Apparently she was new but she still should have spoken back. Just good customer service. So after 30mins on waiting for 8 wings I asked if my food was ready. Oh did I mention that the manager walked out side (right beside the door ) to smoke a cigarette. She walked right back in without washing her hands and started handling pizza dough and toppings without gloves. Oh yea must've had a headache because she decided to reach under the counter and pop two headache pills and a monster right in front of the customer. But the best part was the bottled drink that I ordered that is clearly advertised. I was told by that same manager that "they ain't got no more" and she would not be ordering anymore. So the cook came from out of the kitchen with his cup and stuck his hand directly in the ice machine and filled up his cup. And the manager had the nerve to ask me did I want a fountain drink instead. Are you f***ing kidding me. My wings were watered down and undercooked. I would've went back but was on my lunch break. I will never go back there unless they change management. This is my first time having a problem with this particular pizza hut as I have went there on my lunch break several times but I will not be back. So thanks for ruining my lunch break. Just nasty plan nasty people working there. I did ask for corporate number and was told they didn't know it and I could look it up online if I wanted it.

Sorry, this was bad, don't like leaving unhappy reviews but here goes. Asked the waitress for our pizza "lightly cooked" and was greeted by a blank stare. Explained that we liked the thin crust, just wanted it pulled early so it wasn't crackly and dry. Was informed that they are cooked a certain amount of minutes. Replied that this something that is done on a regular basis in other establishments. Received the pizza, crispy and dry. So dry that the salami slices had curled, and crumbled to the touch. Had to go to the front and request our own silverware. Informed the waitress that we would take the pizza as we were traveling, but it was in no way "lightly cooked". Told her that every single place we have been in the staff is very compliant to this request. Waitress offered my husband a refill on his tea, I was not offered a refill. No "to go" box was offered. Don't bother with this place.

The food was good, there were probably 5 people in the back and only one lady out front to seat, wait on tables and check people out. The waitress was nice but did not have enough time to refill drinks etc.... People in the back were yelling and dropping pans, nobody ever offered to come help the waitress. Poor management and not very clean.

The pizza was good for a change it's been awhile . But the service was horible, the waitress acted like she alwas wore out and all she had was one other customer . She didn't put in our appetizer order the table was dirty and someone else had to refill our drinks.. I expect more from Pizza hut. I only gave it three stars because I can't rate a half star.

Food wasn't bad, just dirty restaurant. Left tea filters laying on the drop cord for the vacuum cleaner. The same cord that they drag on the floor as they vacuum. Sanation not very good.
