It’s 2017. Pizza Hut is multi million dollar corporation all over the world. They have stores all over the world. Yet when you call to order a pizza they say they are “over wellemed “ and are not taking any more orders and promptly hang up. I could make this up. They have had 364 days to prepare for New Year’s Eve night. Make a schedule with proper staff. Get supplies to fill the orders. Yet they are still understaffed and under prepared to make a cheese pizza ? You people really need to take a good look in the mirror and ask yourselfs why do you even show up to work everyday if you can’t do your job. This is a reflection of pizza huts leadership. It rolls down hill. And there is a pretty big ball of you know what that has piled up at this store. Word of advice. Just quit. And let someone work there who can do the job you can’t. This store is a lost cause. The owner should be asamhed of themselves.

My preteen ordered a pizza online from this location but after much thought of all the other things he could spend 30 dollars earned doing yard work he had second thoughts. I took him in and explained to the associate working the counter asking if there were any deals to adjust his price and she helped make the price more reasonable. Very happy she did so. Shortly after he shares his pizza with the 2 local homeless guys with *hungry signs by Winco. Little of that..pay it forward. =0)

Pizza quality tanked. What happened to the quality of food at pizza huts? I ordered stuffed crust pepperoni and the pizza was paper thin, no flavor. The crust had little cheese in it. Waste of money, ill be ordering Guiseppes pizza from now.

Its friday night so i understand it taking an hour and a half to get our pizza, pasta, and wings. but what i don't appreciate is the fact that everything was cold. the cheese was congealed on the pasta. the wings are cold enough that i feel they need to be warmed up before eating and the pasta is cold to the point where the metal tin is actually cold. when i called to talk to a manager i got put on hold for 13 min and then gave up. won't be ordering from them again. plenty of other options for pizza.
