Okay, so they were having a sale for 50%off the menu price pizzas.I ordered online (it was an online only sale)  Well I get there to carry out and my order is not in the system. Thankfully the cashier took my order again and applied the online discount. So, being vegan I got thin crust with no cheese and the typical veggie lovers toppings and I didn't have to wait for very long at all!  Good customer service and good pizza for a great price.

I used to go here all the time but the last time I ordered food it was the worst experience I ever had at any restaurant! I found 6 long brown and black hair in my food! (I ordered wings btw.) I tried to ignore it but it was unbearable! On top of that their wings a dry and they smell moldy. I called them up about it and the manager on call there gave me an attitude and hung up on me. Then I went in there for my refund and they said they couldn't process my refund and that I had to come back to speak to a manager. I took pictures of my proof and I left the food there in the store as evidence. Next day I come back to speak to a manager and they "don't know where my evidence is." But I had pictures. I got a refund but my kids and I were sick the next few days from ingesting their hairy food! They don't even wear hair nets in there! The place is dirty and greasy and their staff is ghetto. I will never go back to this Pizza Hut again! The Pizza Hut on Orlando Dr. is better!

A few of the employee like to attack customers by putting a large amount of hair in the food they order for no reason. The restaurant is dingy and dirty. Pick a different reastaurant location for your own good. They messed with my families food. We're no longer their frequent customers.

Terrible delivery service. 1.5 hours and food was cold. We are 2.2 miles from Pizza Hut. Web site says evening wait time averages 15 minutes. What a joke. Run away from this Pizza Hut.

They have great pizza. I likeliest them better than from other chains. But I only can give 3 Stars because: they have no anchovies AND: what pizza restaurant has no garlic??? What the heck?

Update: had an issue last week and waited 50 minutes, but mistakes can happen. But got today a discount for 2 times $ 3.00 on my Pizza for that. Well, that I call a service. 

Still disappointed a little bit that they don't have garlic and anchovies. If they buy some, they last a long time in oil. And I go every 7 to 10 days there. 

If that could be fixed, I will give all 5 stars because they are friendly and have the bestPizza in this town. 

Update July 2017: still not at least garlic. Manger doesn't respond!!!
