Absolute garbage. I called in an told them I wanted "Deep dish" the thick one for 2 pizzas 1 pineapple and ham the other bbq chicken with banana peppers. With extras it came out to a total of 48 dollars. They delivered it.

Me an the family were excited. Then we opened it up. Thin crust? Who eats this. If I wanted a cracker I would have opened up the pantry put tomatoe sauce on a triskit with cheese.

But that's not the worse. I called back to tell them and I got passed to a call center!!! I was passed around 5x before they said ohh this is just the call center we just take orders.

Are you kidding me! This is how you dodge complaints it goes to a call center? Pizza hut has gone down hill and I will make sure if this is how you treat some they never call again.

I Called for delivery and waited over two minutes for a response, (which is a long time when you're the customer) a guy answers the phone and asks "is it for pickup or delivery?", I responding saying "delivery" then he gets my number and immediately puts me on hold again. What kind of lazy halfass customer service is that? Cant you multitask? I was already on hold for over two minutes waiting for his lazy ass.

The employee brought my food over to the counter and proceeded to (just after using the cash register) open the bix with no gloves on, drop the food on the counter, say whoops, put it back in the box with no gloves on, and act like it was no big deal and I should just take it. Disgusting.

Once upon a time, Pizza Hut was great! Not anymore. Cheap, cheese-like product, low quality, overly processed meats, very few toppings, frustratingly slow and uncaring servers, still expensive! Just go to Jet's.
