I've been ordering from this pizza hut for 30 Years . Tonight was the worst experience I have ever had. It took 7.34 min. Just to place my order. I had an $8 credit due to mistakes on my last order.
I ordered one super supreme med. and 1 half pep. Lovers and half meat lovers. I received two supreme pizza,s. I called the store and hot the worst service ever. I guess 
The manager wouldn't even come to the phone. They said they would remake the pizza but it had already been almost an hour. I said just give me credit . They declined . They said they would pick up the pizza and refund my money. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. There are 3 other pizza places close by .I guess pizza hut doesn't need me any more. I will call the daytime manager tomorrow. Very disappointed.

I ordered a dinner box online around 6:15pm. At 6:30pm I received a call from this location saying that, a few people had called in and that they were backed up but I should get my food in an hour. I fell asleep waiting and woke up at 8:30 only to realize I still had no pizza?! I called back to simply cancel my order and the lady that was answering the phone was so out of line that I will not spend my money with this company ever again. I recorded the entire call if anyone is interested in hearing it. And to make things worse. The pizza man finally showed up with cold pizza. #Never #Again

Almost 2 hours after waiting, I called to see what was up. I was told they were backed up and to "give the driver the letter F and I would get $5 off. So I was satisfied. 
2 hours after ordering, the pizza and boneless wings show up. The driver knows nothing about the $5 off, but begrudgingly honors it. Finally ready to eat, and the pizza is terribly cold, the boneless wings are cold, soggy, and in tossed in the wrong sauce. 
Maybe moving your location to a strip mall setup wasn't the best idea.

I ordered a pizza, and waited.... and waited.... and waited.   I called to make a complaint after 2 hours and no pizza. Asked to talk to a manager and after complaining to the manager was told (by the manager) to f*** off, then hung up on me.  Called the corporate office talked to some nice lady who was paid to sound concerned and they said they would take care of it and get back to me.  Its been 3 weeks still waiting to hear back and still waiting on my pizza.

Very poor service, they take for ever to deliver or they won't deliver the food at all after more than 1 hour waiting! Do not recommend this place at all!
