Placed my order online at 2.30pm for 5:00pm. Order was confirmed for that time. I even showed up 15 minutes later to make sure that it would be ready for me to pay, pick up and leave right away. At 5:38 I was still waiting for the pizza to "come out." What is the point of ordering online 3 hours ahead of time and getting a confirmation? Do they not put the pizza in until you actually arrive to pick it up? This info would be helpful.

Worst service ever. Ordered online because it took forever on phone. When ordering online it said would be 45 mins. The time ended up being a hour and 20 mins. I ordered a drink they called and said they were out of the Dr Pepper so I told them to bring me a mug rootbeer. When they showed up they didn’t even have the drink. Then the pizza was cold. I sent it back with the delivery driver.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Tried calling the store back it went to a ordering call center not the store. Will not ever order from here again. They wonder why papa johns is way better.

Worst pizza we ever got from a Pizza Hut. Ingredients were so scarce I almost called and told them they gave me the wrong pizzas. A pizza has cheese on it. What happened to the cheese. So sorry I decided to get pizza. A waste of my $22.
