Great service and quality! The waiter was really nice and we got our pizza with a small wait! The place is AMAZING!!!! And the pizza is so thick and nice and warm! its delicious!!!! I want to go again!

Completely dead during evening peak times; I honestly swore it was closed driving up minus the drive through. The service was incredibly slow; 20 minutes to take our order when there was plenty staff available and we were the only customers. While waiting for the pizza to cook, the music was very explicit with lyrics throwing F*** and N***** till business picked up with families; least for 15 minuets till it started up. Staff would have loud explicit conversations talking about smoking and sex. This creates a very adult atmosphere and I can see why business was dead. Pizza was only okay as a large stuffed crust I could see light shine through with it being so thin. For a large pizza with 3 topping costing 29.47; I expected better.

I think the food is very hit and miss, unfortunately. I love Pizza Hut when our order is accurate and properly made, but that doesn't happen as frequently as it should, which sucks. The staff is also not very pleasant, generally speaking. The business has been at a steady decline since before I worked there years ago, and I don't think this area will ever be a consistent 5 stars. :/

All that was ordered this time around was two pops, a medium pizza, a personal pan pizza, breadsticks, and wings. We did get our pops, wings, and personal pan but then sat for about 30 minutes while the other two tables seated after us were served and the waitress went table to table asking if they had been the ones wanting breadsticks. The medium pizza (which was the entire reason I was there) never even made it to the oven. When I asked about it I sat and listened to the staff argue about if it had even gone through on the order. I had sat long enough so I told them to forget the pizza and asked for the check, our waitress said she'd have it right over and I started back for our table. The waitress then headed back out with yet another order of breadsticks to the room full of three tables asking each one if they had ordered them (none of them had). I was stopped by a couple who mentioned they had had to wait 40 minutes for there order to go through. We waited for quite some time, decided we had been there long enough so we went to the counter and waited even longer for anyone to help us. Our waitress finally came out of the restroom and seemed surprised that we wanted our ticket and assured us that she had not charged us for the pizza we never got. This was not the first time we've had issues with this business. I can't speak for my wife, but I can absolutely say that I will not be back.
