spend 30$ on one pizza and they will deliver it without cutting it. and never do anything to fix it. pretty unfortunate when you're staying at a hotel and your only option is to use a plastic knife. this pizza guy is retarded and sucks ass.

For a brand-new pizza hut, it sure seemed like they don't enjoy working. I have had one pizza that was decent, and that was the very first pizza I ordered. I have complained numerous times and all I have gotten was bad attitude from the store General manager Kyle, who is very unprofessional. When you go to a place to get your order fixed, you don't expect everyone wearing clothes that look like they have never been washed. So, Kyle, you sir run a disgusting Pizza Hut. I sincerely hope that no one else has to deal with this type of service.

I called an order in and they charged me for it because I paid with a card. An hour and a half later my food still hasn't arrived. I call to speak with someone and the person lies and tells me my order has been delivered and his driver is on his way to deliver his other orders. Mind you, I've already been waiting an hour and a half when I was quoted 30 mins. He then puts me on hold and says the driver is still on his way but insists that I still pay at least half price when I've been waiting over 90 mins for my food. I ask to speak with a manager and I was told that he was the manager but he refused to give me his name to report his actions to corporate. After i ask, he then hangs up on me. This company is a joke and I refuse to order from them again. They should be embarrassed for treating their customers this way. If i am charged for my food and my order isnt cancelled I will take legal action. This is just ridiculous.

Order was totally wrong. Ordered a Supreme. Didn’t get it.  No mushrooms (told they were out). Called the store and the employee who answered was pretty clueless and said we’d get a credit next time.  There won’t be a next time. (Positive note: delivery person was nice. Wrong pizza was hot at least)
