The staff need to be retrained. This location used to be great. I walk in and place an order. They charge me for a Ultimate Cheesy Crust Pizza at $18.58. After waiting there 10 minutes they tell me they don't have the right stuff to make it. Then they tell me that they can give me a different pizza. I order a cheaper pizza and they try to charge me for the ultimate cheesy pizza. I say no I'm not paying extra for something you don't have. They then tell me to order it online. I order the new pizza online for 12.78. They refuse to credit my credit card and tell me they will credit the difference of the two pizzas. I say OK. Then they try to hand me a pizza hut gift card for the price difference. I say not I don't want a gift card. I want the difference back on my credit card. He says the credit card system can't process refunds. I said I don't see how that's possible that he needs to either refund the difference or give us cash back for the change that I don't want a gift card balance as I won’t come back to this pizza hut. He still insisted that I can't be done, I said I had to get a refund for a pizza about a year ago and it was not problem. He said well "I guess the credit card system has changed". I said that's unacceptable the there has to be a way to cancel an order. Finally, he said well I can cancel the entire order but you wont get your pizza. I said fine cancel the order. He canceled the order and refunded the card. I had to reorder the pizza online again(note this is the third pizza order). At this point the original pizza was done and he just said here take it and comped the pizza (his only good moment). 44 minutes later the order is canceled and my Credit card refunded (Even though the system can refund credit cards). Oh and he was nice enough to tell my wife that I was rude. UPDATE 01/30/18 I double checked on the "refund" they sent to my credit card and found out they actually messed that up too. Enven though they told us they only charged us $18.58 they charged us $20.58 and only refunded $18.58. So in actuality we still ended up paying $2.00.

Was trying to figure out what to fix for supper that soft and easy to swallow. Hubby had been so sick for sometime now and keep complaining it was hard to eat..Well I brought home the the chicken Alfredo from pizza hut and let me tell you. It was a total hit.Taste was prefect soft and easy to eat and hubby ate without any problems. So from now on getting the family size when he is having a problem or even me!

Never seen a pizza place that sent out burnt cheese sticks before. It looked like it was covered in sausage and tasted like dirt.

The sit-in service was actually awful. They were a little busy and ended up running out of cups. Cups. They ended up giving each of the three of us three little plastic ones you can get at the dollar store. Then, if that isn't bad enough, we were stuck waiting for half an hour for ONE pizza. We saw AT LEAST THREE go by us while we waited. Ridiculous. Just order a pickup, the pizza will be the same level of awful.

Ordered a big box meal. It was delivered ver d missing the Alfredo pasta and the cheese bread sticks and the marinara. I called immediately to which they stated that they would bring out the missing items plus give me a credit for $10 off. Over one hour later I called again after no results and was hung up on twice. On the third attempt the manager actually spoke with me and told me the order was still pending. Going on 3 hours since the order was made and still not done...
