Standing in the "lobby". Ordered my pizza online on my way home from work. It said 15-20 minutes. Traffic was naff, so I arrived 26 minutes later. Wow is my word, and not in a good way at all!!

So I walk in and there are two guys already waiting in chairs. I hear LOTS of screaming and yelling and arguing from the kitchen. Three different people look at me and no one says a thing! Finally some guy comes around the corner and asks if I am picking up. I give him my name and he makes me tell him my entire order. He says it should be up soon, bit can't give me a time frame when I ask. I asked how long it would be to add a pasta and he told me they are REALLY backed up, so at least 35 minutes. I said never mind and pulled out my wallet to pay. 

Another lady walks in and he asks if she's picking up before finishing with me. She says yes and gives her name and order after being asked. He says it should be up soon, but again, no actual time frame. She asks if she can pay, he says no. You apparently cannot prepay for pizza here, like every other pizza place????

So we wait. Phones ringing off the hook, more people walking in, not being greeted. 

What a disappointment. If my employees ran their stores this way, they'd be looking for jobs elsewhere. I won't be back to this one for sure. Which is shame, cuz I moved very close by.

I am sitting in the lobby at the moment. The kitchen and front of house manager are discussing being 35 orders behind and told a customer they aren't answering phones.

Another customer has been told twice that her pizza has been burnt. And the only offer for her is to wait even longer or walk away without the pizza.

This location has repeatedly had some issues with communication between the kitchen and the front of house. I hope they can figure it out or we may be looking elsewhere for our pizza.

Came in right after hurricane irma. They did not accept coupons or online specials. This was told to me by the manager himself.
 I felt they did this due to the high volume since most had lost power. They were absolutely taking advantage of the situation. Will not be going back to that store

Never again. Back in 2012, this was the best Pizza Hut in Orlando.  Today, it is the worst Pizza Hut in Orlando.  I've ordered wings and they were horrible. I've ordered pizza 5 times, and each time the pizza was horrible.  They barely put any sauce on the pizza, and when you ask for extra sauce they over saturate the pizza. Finally, their premium sauce is the worst I've ever had.  It's suppose to be sweet and robust.  It's so sour, It taste likes the tomatoes are spoiled.

They delivered a messed up pizza, when I called to complain they offered me credit for my next order. When I placed another order the following week, they called me 40 minutes later and said that there is no credit in the system. The pizza they delivered the first time was all messed up.. it looked like it was made by a child.. 
They could have told me about the credit when I placed the order instead of making me wait for my dinner and then canceled the order!!
