Normally I get pizza delivered from here all the time and it doesn’t seem to be bad but tonight I decided to take advantage of the 50 percent off special and do carry out. Huge mistake that was! They told me pick up time was 6:40pm on app, when I arrive there was a line of seven cars waiting at the window with people inside that you could see standing waiting for their food as well. Patiently I waited in line as the time passed on, after 28 minutes of waiting in line the gentleman at the drive-through window finally got me my pizza but didn’t have my garlic sauce so he handed me ranch I said I didn’t order ranch. “We are out” he said. I told him I didn’t want ranch and to take it off my card! His reply “I already ran your card” so garlic sauce or $.60 apiece which is only $1.20 but the 50 percent deal isn’t that great if you have to waste an hour of your evening ordering driving to and from and waiting for 28 minutes then getting stiffed $1.20 extra for stuff that you didn’t get... If you’re going to have specials hire more people for the demand...

Ordered online and they wanted to charge me more to change my order because they were out of hand tossed pizza! Nah I’m good I just ordered from dominoes for about $12 less. Either your trying to sell some extra bs or you have some idiots running the store! Either way I’ll order else where!

AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!!! The management is terrible. Dirty on the inside and drops food on the ground then serve to customers. I have ordered from them several times and i have delivered cold pizza. Food not fresh like it had been sitting for hours.

The pizza was good. The service was horrible and they don't care. Find another one to get pizza from.

Terrible service! I asked if I could split the flavors on an 18 piece wing order and the guy said no with uncertainty. I asked again and same response. Called another wingstreet and was immediately told "yes of coarse we can." I called back to cancel my orders on the pizzas I went ahead and ordered and the guy didn't even put my order in the system! The lady who answered didn't even try to rebound the terrible service!
