It's not the fastest pizza I got. And I believe it's because they're focused on the delivery. Place is clean and staff is friendly.

Ordered a carryout pizza from here and when we went to pick it up 15 min later, they said they never started the order. The time I spent waiting, I could just go to Giant or Safe way and buy a cheaper pizza. This is a TERRIBLE Pizza Hut. AVOID!!!

NO OPTION FOR 0 STARS - THEY ARE DUBIOUS INCOMPETENTS. We ordered Pizza and wings, they mess up the order, when we called to bring this to their attention, the incompetent idiots they have working for them hung up several times, finally when we pointed out that this was a breach of contract and we want our money back, they assured us that someone would be over to pick up the items. No one came for over 2 hours and we were left with something that we did not order!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AND ITS INCOMPETENT, LYING OBNOXIOUS STAFF. Go to DOMINOES OR PAPA JOHNS INSTEAD

Ordered several times before, usually pretty decent. Lately however my pizzas arrive late and burned. I called to complain and the "cook" told me she have extra cheese and says it takes an hour to deliver. When I ordered online the ETA was 7:18pm. Received it 25 mins late. I can handle late pizza, but do not tell me that you gave me extra cheese when you did not. I ALWAYS order extra cheese, so I'm sure I know how it's supposed to look/taste. You should go back to whoever used to cook because this current cook seems to think you have to burn good for it to be considered cooked.
