Terrible service. Ordered via the app 2 hours before I wanted to pick up. Was told when I arrived at the pickup time that they meant to call me because several items they were out of.  They proceeded to confirm my order at the counter. 15 minutes later, I still did not have my order. I normally don’t leave reviews, but this is some of the worst service I’ve ever had. I won’t be back and will order pizza at other places in Bend.

This pizza hut is a joke, the employees think it's funny to full off when taking orders on the phone. I called three times and could not get an order in, the kid was very rude and disrespectful to me. I will never order or go here ever again. And I recommend you don't go here either.

So  I ordered a 10.00 dinner box. It took almost 2 hours to deliver my food and when it got here it was cold as ice.  Next time I'll look for a better option. defiantly not worth 15 bucks, save your  money and go elsewhere....

Went in got a $20.00 dinner box. 2 pizzas cheese sticks and wings. The only disappointing thing was that I could not get cinnamon sticks with my large dinner box. I was told that was not an option. Though it has been for me in the past. I was given a order time of 15 minutes and it was fulfilled within 20. Overall an experience you could expect from a chain such as Pizza Hut.

Attempted to order food from this location, which is only 2.5 miles from our house.  They couldn't find it in their GPS and said that it was out of their delivery zone.  Terrible customer service.  No wonder Dominos is utterly destroying them.  Dominos found the place, and they are further away.  Go figure.
