I have had three bad experiences with this location over the years. First, was the time they never delivered my food after three calls to them with them promising me it was coming till I finally went to sleep hungry (I was stuck with no car and no place in walking distance). Years go by, I give it another shot. It's fine as long as I order pick-up. But this one time, I order for pick-up and the guy on the phone is rude, so I'm glad there's a girl there when I pick up. Then today, I decided I was in the mood after seeing an ad, I inform the southern-accented guy I have a hundred and he explains as rudely as possible that they won't accept it. Honestly, I start to figure I'll use a card instead, but his attitude was so dismissive and jerky. Then he hangs up on me, anyway. So yeah. I'm done. Three strikes and you're out. I'm almost relieved to come here and see people with similar experiences. It must be a management problem since it's been years. I don't order in a lot, but I've never had this problem with Dominos or Papa Johns. They get my business from now on.

Beware!!!!! I ordered a pizza for delivery 12:00 pm. I did not receive my pizza until 1:56 pm. I live 3 blocks from this store. I contacted the store at 1:00 pm and was on hold for 20 minutes. They assured me the driver was on his way. I received the pizza lukewarm 36 minutes later. The kids at are pool party were starving. I ordered this pizza on Tuesday not a weekend or Friday night. If you counting on this place give them 2 hours for delivery....

Worst time of my life ever, this manager sucks second time he charges me for something i did not get, plese try on different locations, it took like an hour and a half to get my order complete.The new manager used to work at Danna Ponit and used to do exactly the same.Customer service matters too!
