Ordered a pizza and pop delivered. Came wrong and when I called they said sorrywe are closed. I got a little over $12 credit for the pizza. Still had to pay for pop and dilivery fee and tip. $26. And still never got the right pizza

Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut I've ever done business with!! I called in an order and was given an hour delivery window and it took over 2 1/2 hrs. I should've known this would be a bad experience from the beginning since the call was disconnected the 1st time I called and then when I called back the person taking the order was rude. After waiting 2 hrs I called to cancel due to my children having fallen asleep before the pizza even arrived.... I was told it had already went out with the driver and I'd have to cancel at the door. When the delivery man arrived and I canceled he was rude (understandably) but now it's been almost impossible to get a refund. No one seems to know what they are doing there and give me the run around every time I call. Do NOT go to this Pizza Hut!!!!

It's not that I had forgotten to rate this Pizza Hut with a star or not, but it's like leaving a very small tip in order to let them know that you didn't forget it, so I will rate this one with one star.  It doesn't even deserve that.  So, if you are hoping to wait about two hours for your pizza to arrive and come to find out it's room temperature, burnt with barren spots with no cheese and sticky dry sauce which looks like a cheap frozen pizza gone awry, then you have found the right place for the perfect crappy pizza you were looking for.  And what makes it better?  They won't even take $5 off the price.  The money doesn't matter, it's the principle.  It's not asking a lot from a franchise that claims to make pizza, to expect a decent, warm one to show up to your house, right?  Since, Pizza Hut employs the incompetent and the newly, fresh crop of young adults entering the workforce, I suppose I am asking too much.  Be wise with your choice and do not order from this location.  Every person there needs to lose their job and become homeless.  Hopefully, this happens.
