Ordered almost 2 hours ago, called twice, was told it would another 5-10 mins the first time due to system issue and then again 40 mins later to get told the same message AFTER being interrupted by the person on the phone! Only to be asked the question that I was going to answer if I was able to finish what I was saying. I understand there's a rush, system issues, short staffed, or it could be up to 75 mins but 2 hours later is ridiculous.

I ordered at this location last week and had a girl helping me, I believe her name was Sarah/Sara. She was extremely rude. The pizza was well made but her customer service was horrible. And she was the manager apparently which was shocking because I would expect managers to be more friendly and she was the worst from all the workers.

The manager MICHAEL should be fired with consistent lying and horrible customer service . I shouldn't be having to wait almost 3 hours for a damn pizza when i live 10 minutes away . I ordered online at 10:30 , called at 12 , 12:30, 1, 1:10 . Just to be told they cancelled my order and that supposedly between 1&1:10 that the driver came , knocked waited a few minutes, called and went all the way back , and that MICHAEL supposedly called . He also claimed that i never called to check my order and that i should of answered my door . Michael is rude , and incompetent and i will never be ordering from this establishment again .

When I order here there fast and have good services. There pizza is amazing. But there prices are too much.
