In terms of Pizza Huts and chain pizza places in general, this one is pretty stinkin good. I went for the lunch buffet, which I didn't know even happened anymore and Pizza Huts, and it was very good. Salad bar kept fresh, always several hot pizzas set out, pasta, bread etc. Service is super nice. The ladies help you fast, keep your drink full, very courteous. All the food was very good, everything seemed fresh, I would definitely go again. For 4.99 with a drink (which is about 1.50), this all you can eat buffet is a pretty unbeatable value. If you like Pizza Hut this was is good and clean.

The general manager Casey is awesome. I had an issue with my order and she went above and beyond to fix my problem. She seems to take pride in her store and i appreciate that!

I went to Pizza hut about one month ago, was a busy weekend, so I ordered online, two pizzas to be picked up about an hour later, I arrived to get my order, was told it was in the oven, apparently it was not, orders were coming out placed after mine. After about a half hour later, I asked for the manager, the girl asked who is the manager, no one never came to talk to me. I did finally received my order. Then two weeks ago I ordered again, what are the chances of getting the same service ?? It happened again, and also ran out of stuff crust, large and only had a few toppings, with all the different places to get pizza in Muskogee, it will be a long time before I order there again.

Made an order, called after 1 hour they said its leaving in just a moment. Called back another hour later, they couldn't find my address so they didn't even bother to call. This has been my favorite place in town to get pizza but these last few months they've had terrible service. Literally the last 4 times I've ordered bread sticks they've forgotten the marinara sauce even though the receipt says "Always make sure customer receives marinara before dispatching". After this last order and how the lady on the phone had an attitude like it was no big deal I'm finding a new place for pizza.
