Pizza was not good! The whole underside was soft and doughy. The box says crispy crust but when I picked up a slice it went limp in my hand.

Absolutely horrible service. My delivery was switched to carryout without so much as a phone call. Girl on the phone, and the manager were very rude and didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. Definitely going to take business somewhere else.

Took them 3 hours to get my pasta which arrived at 11:30pm. They didn't bother to call or let me know it was going to take so long. When I called about almost two hours after my order i was told i might need to come pick it up. After explaining why i couldn't come get it due to my handicap the told me to wait until their driver comes back and they will bring it over. About an hour later i received my order. My pasta was cold and dry, my wings had the texture of tree bark. Oh and btw i live exactly 1.5 miles away. I've always enjoyed pizza hut as my Friday night go-to but after this experience ill be taking my business elsewhere.
