The pizza was as good as any Pizza Hut--I especially love the cheese-stuffed crust! The staff was not super nice. The website and online coupons are very difficult to deal with, at least on mobile. I ended up paying full price for my pizzas when they were supposed to be half off.

0 stars is more like it. INCREDIBLY TERRIBLE SERVICE. Every single time we order its the same story. They send us our order and never remember everything. This is the 3rd time they have sent us our pizza without the sauces we ordered. Today, we ordered 7 SIDES OF GARLIC (thinking only a complete imbecile could over look 7 sides of garlic) but no surprise... our 3 pizzas arrived with 1 sauce. We called to try to deal with this and we were told that $3.50 was a delivery fee, no... it was 7 SIDES OF GARLIC + A $3.50 delivery fee. We asked her to send out the sides with the delivery driver on the next trip and she responded very rudely "It won't be there for over an hour". When asked to speak with a manager the woman on the other end of the phone informed us that she was the manager. We asked her for her name and she hung up on us without resolving the problem at all. The coward then refused to answer any more phone calls to the restaurant and our delivery driver answered the phone when she returned to the restaurant. She was clearly being told to get rid of us and lie to us. She told us that the managers name was Don, and said it was a man. Then when I asked exactly what was the name of the woman I spoke to she said her name was Donna and it was a woman. We were told to call back tomorrow to speak to a GM... Terrible service and "Donna" should be fired.

Horribly rude telephone experience. Can't believe they were so flippant in their treatment of a potential customer!

Always good consistent pizza for a chain restaurant. The Works, thin crust is my favorite. Fast at getting your order ready. Great coupon codes. Just Google papa John's pizza coupon codes.
