First time going to this location and we loved it! Ordering online/on the app was super easy! Just an FYI....use their deals listed!! If I put in what we got tonight without using their deals, it would have been double the price. So don't miss out. Curbside pickup was smooth. Parked, checked in on the app, they came right out and said there was 4 minutes left I was early. Everything was hot and delicious!

Placed an order for delivery, waited for 30 minutes and then got a call from the store that our order had been canceled. Seriously? It is 9pm on a Saturday and online it says your open until 12am...Food: 1/5

I'm really sorry to see that no one wants to work anymore.  2 people are making pizza and orders,and I do have empathy and sympathy.  Unfortunately, the girl working was so overwhelmed that she addressed  us as there were 4 of us waiting by saying, "I'll be with you whenever I can.  I try really hard to see they need help, but addressing people like that made me never want to go back.  I waited 30 mins just to get my food that was ready when I walked in.  She wouldn't stop long enough to help us that were waiting.

Meat lovers pizza was great! The boneless garlic Parmesan chicken bites were very good also. The staff was wonderful and the service fast.Food: 5/5

Highly disappointed. 1st issue: Charged $14.58 in restaurant for what I stood in front of register and ordered take-out for $8.86-When I asked what the $5.72 difference was he just shrugged his shoulders and smiled. I showed him the difference on my phones Pizza Hut mobile app and he said “Uh I don’t know I can get with our manager I don’t think we honor app prices”. I told him it was prices for pick-up in THEIR location. He goes “I will just put our employee discount on your bill if that’s ok”….that made my bill $9.26…I was like close enough. 2nd issue: I ate IN RESTAURANT. He brought me food and my drink. First of all my drink was in a small PAPER cup the size of a small coffee. It was never refilled. Second of all I ask for napkins and a fork and he brings me a plastic fork and napkin wrapped in plastic like you get from fast food take out. 3rd issue: When I asked for Parmesan Cheese…because there was none on the table….I was told I had to pay $1.99 for a shaker as seen below in picture. Asked if I could just get a packet of Parmesan cheese-I was told they did not have those because management will not order. Do what? The whole pizza concept includes Parmesan cheese being ON THE TABLE. I told him not to bother I was not paying $1.99 for 0.88 ounces of cheese. He watched me take the picture and just smiled. 4th issue: The lunch special advertised all over TV and internet….Not available. Why? Management don’t agree with it so they don’t have it.  Needless to say will never be back to THIS LOCATION.  Literally went 2 days later to Pizza Hut location 15 minutes away. Parmesan and red pepper on the table. Got the lunch special, napkins and steel “real” fork and I was charged 100% correctly. Told manager of that Pizza Hut. He laughed and said “Why they don’t just close that one I dunno”.  Save your money if you are near this one or travel 15 minutes down road to the one in Hickory.

I ordered off their website. It was really slow, took 25 minutes, the entire time I was also on hold trying to place my order by phone After an hour, I called the door dash driver I didn't order through door dash, pizza hut farms out their delivery he said they had ran out of dough and had just started making pizzas again. Waited another 30 minutes. Driver shows up with 3 boxes, none of which were mine. I drove to pizza hut and waited in line with door dashers for another 20 minutes. The poor girl behind the counter was working her butt off, but she had no help. The manager had left. The 4 people I could see in the back were all moving at a snails pace. This was the last straw. We order once a week and they have almost never gotten our order right. From order to eat was 2 hours and 20 minutes. Never again.

The manager and the lady today busted the rear ends in service with in house service and order's to go and pick up order's great service.Food: 5/5

Took them an hour to make two pizza and a Pepsi. And they forgot the pepsi. You have to be a literal subhuman with a caveman IQ to forget a third of my order. Hope you all get sacked from corporate so you can stop making stupid mistakes and get easier jobs.Food: 1/5

I ordered my pizza online and received an email that my pizza was ready. I went to pick it up and there was a sign on the door stating they quit due to rude customers and the door was locked. I attempted to call the number that leads to the call center. I was hung up on 7 times while trying to receive my refund. I FINALLY got in touch with someone from customer service and they gave me an incident number to follow up with about my refund. If this were the only issue that I’ve had with this Pizza Hut I wouldn’t post but the cashier/waitress, Terri, is always EXTREMELY rude too. While dining in, she slammed drinks down so hard they splashed up on me and literally threw a pizza box at me so we could take the rest of our pizza to go. This place has been going downhill for a long while now. Pathetic is an understatement.

Someone please explain to me how this is an XL-Large pizza,  first time at this place and will never go back .Food: 2/5
