The chicken was OK I had to eat around the pizza which was my second pizza because I had them remake the pizza. There was no cheese on it super dry bubbles all through the pizza. Customer service is as if you’re talking to a computer you say thank you they look right at you and keep it moving. The young ladies in the back had an attitude because the pizza was not made correctly. They truly need to pick up on their customer service and probably making pizza to customers satisfaction when you pay for extra cheese. That’s what you want not a dry bubble pizza
I received burnt pizza on 10/28. After speaking with the manager on that night, I was told that I have to wait until Sunday to speak with the General Manager for a refund because I was not interested in receiving a remake nor a store credit. I spoke with the general manager Juan on Sunday 10/30. He stated that Pizzahut doesn’t issue a refund, he could offer a store credit or remake my food. I asked why did the previous manager tell me only the general manager can issue refunds. He said “because the other managers are afraid of customers and I’m not.” I expressed to him that I had to purchase another dinner for my family. His response, “oh that’s not my fault”. Juan was not helpful at all. He left us feeling like my experience didn’t matter. No customer service at all, lack of empty for the General Mangers. He said to me I wasted 23 minutes of his time!!! At the end I said I will call back if I don’t hear from corporate and he hung up.
Always get the same two things and it is always messed up. Today was a reminder of their poor service and quality of food. I supposedly spoke to the manger twice once to confirm my order was corrected and once to confirm my address for delivery. The first time I received a plain pie and the second I received a pie with just olives and onions. I placed my original order for a supreme pie at 635pm and received what was supposed to be my corrected order close to 930pm. Truly disappointed.
If I can give no stars, I would. First when I walk in one of the female employee acknowledged me by saying “yes”. Then my order was not ready on time, I was told another 5 minutes I walked back in 10minutes and she’s like it’s going to be 5 minutes. Finally get my pizza and it looks horrible/tastes horrible. The pepperoni pizza was mostly sauce. The veggie pizza the crust was all messed up, not sure why they even bothered boxing these pizzas.
Terrible!!! $42 on burnt cheesy bread. You would think west orange would have better service then this. Will never buy from here again! I don't know why someone would even put this in the box and think is okay. Unacceptable!!! I don't EVER buy pizza hut and ended loving the commercial deals I wanted to give it a try. Never again!!!
I never really had a issue with this location i pick up and go. Placed a order last week and I didnt check like I normally do. I had the Detroit so I wasnt expecting a lot of sauce. I take a bite no sauce. I call they said they can remake it but I have to come pick it up they don't deliver to my area. For a refund I have to speak to a different manager. They offered me a store credit for the sauce. What kind of service is that. I reported to corporate and I dont see myself going back there for awhile. They don't care about their customers. I should've read some of these reviews before I order.
Worst experience I ever had with take out. I placed an order for this location for delivery through Door Dash. Promised delivery time was 8:50pm, after the delivery time was constantly being changed and being changed to AN HOUR from the original delivery time, while not getting any response from the driver I decided to reach out to Door Dash. They cancelled the order and I had been advised to contact Pizza Hut for the refund as they are not responsible for refunds since the money has already gone to the restaurant. I immediately contacted the Pizza Hut customer service, on 10/7/22. After explaining the situation I was advised a supervisor for this location would reach out to me within 1-3 business days. A month later, 3 calls later were made. I still have not received my money for the food I never received nor have I even received call from the supervisor if this location. They keep telling me a request was put in and I will be getting a call, but here I am still waiting a month later. The attention they have to their customers is horrible. I don’t understand how as a supervisor you let a month go by without reaching out to one of your customers. I will never give this location my business ever again. Also wanted to add, I literally live less than 20 mins from this location, it was unnecessary for the door dash drive to arrive an hour after the scheduled times.
Zero stars. I just ordered something the cheese sticks were extremely burnt to the extent where they were super crunchy. The pasta was dry and also the oven over backed the toppings it was just too crispy. No fork No Napkins nothing. I did call back the store and a man there proceeded to tell me how to eat this food to stir the pasta and dip the cheese stickers into it . I tried to tell him what was wrong but he decided not to listen and he didn’t even apologize for the burnt food they sent me. I am disappointed with my 28.22 dollars I just spent.worst food ever.. need a refund the food didn’t pass my throat as it was just bad.
If you like cold , nasty , barely edible pizza feel free to go to this location . I have given this location a few tries to correct the experiences I’ve had. Unfortunately it just continues to get worst . Employees could care less about the quality , wait times extremely long don’t go based of the app. Avoid this location !!!
Don't waste your time or money. I placed my order at 7:05 on a Friday night and I called them 4 times. Each time I called they claimed the Dasher was on their way. It's almost 10 pm and I never got my order. Please don't order anything from this place.
