After seeing all of the negative reviews I was really worried, but I had to have me some Spicy Double Pepperoni, so took a gamble. Arrived for pickup right at 10 minutes, indicated I was there, had to wait 5 minutes, but came out hot and fresh, friendly employee curbside drop-off, and food was really good. I'd recommend this PizzaHut location and will order from again when I get a craving.
We ordered 3 large pizzas. All 3 burnt and dry. Very obvious the pizza wasn't fresh. Looks like it sat out for hours and then warmed up and then sent out to us! Trash! I want my money back. Never going to this Pizza Hut again only because I looked at the ticket number! The pizza was made early afternoon and some one canceled and then hours later when we placed the order they gave us the left overs so it probably got brunt and dry when they had to reheat it! Who’s the manager …. You do stuff like this? Does the owner knw how you are managing his business??? Forget it it’s his fault to for hiring people that would do that
I don't know why yall got bad reviews and I'm not reading them. I have ordered from D***os for years and tonight I wanted better. When i say your chef staff did that extra pepperoni pizza and that crunchy crust omg!!!! Pizza Hut got it!!!! Yall keep up the great work and thanks for driving out in the cold to deliver a hot delicious meal!!!.
For years Pizza Hut has been my favorite Pizza Chain, it has always been fresh and hot when delivered. The past 4 times I have gotten my PH delivery it has taken 45 mins to delivery after the food ready. I was understanding the first time, annoyed the second time, the third time I realized this is what I should expect and the four time was a weak moment because I had enough points for Free Wings. This store is 2 miles away…so why is it taking so long to be delivered now? I also realized they don’t have the option to add flavoring to the crust. There are way too many local pizza options in this 2 mile radius to keep getting cold pizza from PH. I have filled out the survey every time and it has done nothing to improve any part of the process.
I went in to make order. When my order came out they put on the rack and never called to see if i was there. The cashier called another customer up amd give him order. The customer asked for a ranch sauce. The cashier said $1.50. The customer give him $2. The cashier put the money in his pocket amd walked away. The customer waited to ask for his change. The customer explained he give him 2 dollars and want his change. The cashier looks atound and then just give the customer back his money. Then his finally ask my number. He brought my food over it was cold and sauce from the wings had spilled everwhere. I asked to speak to manger and was told he is to busy. Then i asked for my money back. Cashier said only the manager can give me back my money. I said okay get the manager. The manger still refused to come. After going back and forth the cashier finally give me my money back. The floor is always sticky. They need to change the mop water and clean the place. For everyone to know a dipping sauce only cost 0.50.
Don’t waste your time and money with this establishment. I ordered over the phone. Got the wrong product in return and they didn’t give me the 2 liter soda after I asked for it and paid for it on my receipt.
I order over the phone, I arrived after 25 minutes. They didn’t found it. So the girl told that they will be doing a new one. I waited more 20 minutes, when it came was undercooked. I asked them for st least cook it right senses I already waited so much time. After I waited about more 20 minutes they brought me completely burned. I made a video about it and in the end the girl show me the finger. You can see how it end up. Very disrespectful and gross people. I never was so disappointed this much in all my experience with Pizza Hut. This is shameful
No complaints the cashier was courteous, the food is good . Oh wait the manager can do better displaying patience when dealing with customers inquiries.
I ordered a stuffed crust pie. The crust was paper thin and the pizza was undercooked. After driving back to return the pie, the manager had a very nasty attitude and was not receptive of the feedback. Although he did refund me my money, he was very rude.
This location is pretty bad. I’ve ordered here multiple times, each time in hopes this time will be better but always disappointed. Choose a further location that has better reviews. This location is not the best.
