HORRIBLE!! The staff was rude and didn’t know what they were doing. I ordered a chicken Alfredo and paid for the chicken, and only got sauce and noodles. I talked to the manager, and she was even ruder! I will be calling tomorrow morning to speak to the general manager. This was horrible and I’m appalled.
El Dorado Pizza Hut thank you for quickly servicing our meal. I don't think we've ever had our food as quick as we did last night. So thank you! and Merry Christmas!! It was delicious as always.
Worst pizza hut yet. They answer the phone for an order then set phone down and walked away. Then came back to ask for order and didn't even know how to use the system. Hung up after 10 mins, went to Casey's.
I paid for extra marina sauce, charged twice, it wasn’t delivered. I called in, and the manager on duty was was very disrespectful.

Just called to ask if this location had gluten free crust and the girl who answered the phone treated me like I was stupid for asking and when I said thank you she replied" yeeeaah" in a snotty tone. I will be reporting this to corporate.
We had to eat our pizza with a fork cause it was to soft to pick up to eat it by hand. I thing it needed a little bit more cooking or a little less sauce. This is the first time I had an issue with this pizza hut. El Dorado, Ks main Street pizza is alot better then the central store. The central store has grubby manager & staff. Main store rocks. So nice & freindly
Please bake the pizzas completely! We had to finish the process in the oven when we got home. It was very doughy in the middle of the uneven lumps. Normally we get very good service from this location, but next time we are going to try the Central location in El Dorado.
It would have to be the opposite experience of this one. It took forever. My food was gross. The pizza was cold. The wings were not mixed well. This is every order from every pizza hut. I will not eat here again if it was my ONLY dining option available.
They cooked the pizza fresh and it was delivered hot. Haven't had Pizza Hut like this in a while. Most Pizza Huts I've had these last few years have not been good, but this one was exactly like I remember from when I was a kid.
