Besides them NOT knowing how to make even slightly close similar cuts, my pizza was RAW. SO RAW THAT IT HAD NO STRUCTURE. the crust immediately separates from the body and is a soggy nightmare. they remembered extra cheese so good for them but for waiting 50 minutes this is ridiculous..

if i could give it a zero i would. Food was disgusting! I ordered delivery today 10/6 First of all the personal pan pizza i ordered was smashed to the box because they forgot to put the stand in there. The pizza itself was gross. Also got a pasta and they filled it up a 1/4 of the way. there was hardly any pasta in the tray and it was watery! also ordered wings… and guess what.. I thought there was no way they can mess up the wings too and they did. Was cold and didn’t taste good at all.  spent $40+ for TRASH FOOD!

Pizza hut has to be my favorite out of the major pizza chains. This location is very clean and maintained really well. The pizzas came out really good! The price is also a great deal. If your in the neighborhood looking for some good pizza at an inexpensive price, this place will do.

My boyfriend flew in from Texas and just wanted some good pizza... we’ll needless to say they completely gave us horrible food and customer service... guy at the counter had a really bad attitude when we went in to pick up our order and asked the other lady working to ring us up when he had already been helping us. And the food well.. pizza was all marinara no cheese , wings had no buffalo sauce , they burned our bread stick and didn’t even bother to cut them or include the marinara sauce with it . Just all bad don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location .

Food was delicious Alfredo and cheese breadsticks.  Service was great! Ordered online and picked up my dinner.  Food was hot and tasty.

This is my favorite location in Spring Valley, they are always quick fresh and fast. The employees tend to be nice to me and fast, they keep things clean inside. I ordered online and sometimes it done before the time said. Keep up the good work you guys.

Ordered my pizza on the app.  Arrived in the time frame the app said to arrive.  When I picked up the pizza it felt lukewarm.  After opening the box I realized they gave me an old pizza that someone else must have ordered as it was not light on the sauce and had jalapenos in the box.  I did not order jalapenos and ordered light sauce. I added a picture of the pizza that does not look or taste fresh.

Horrible horrible customer service. Do not ever order from here. We put in an order for delivery at 9:00 and we never got the food delivered. We called multiple times and they said they couldn’t give us a refund. Local store would not even answer the phone. We finally ended up driving to the store and they said all orders had been cancelled. Thank you for answering your phone and letting us know — NOT!

When customer ask for a fresh hot pizza please deliver one.

I ordered a pizza and wings and the wings were perfect but the pizza was not good at all. The stuffed crust cheese inside was disgusting  and It was more of a gritty texture. The cheese on the pizza was the same thing and overall the pizza is not being checked before boxing it and sending them to your customer.
