According to the staff at this Pizza Hut, their oven makes burnt pizza. Sounds strange, right? It is. The problem was not the oven. The problem was the lack of cheese they put on the pizza. We were told that if they remade the pizza it would come out the same. There is no way that it should be acceptable to try to sell customers burnt pizza WHILE refusing to make it over. I wouldn’t go back. The employees were disrespectful in the entire process. After all of this, they couldn’t figure out how to issue a refund. Is there anything that can be done at this location? This is ridiculous.

It's not the classier pizza hut between the mindset and mannerisms of the employees but it's a pizza hut. The last time we went to this location we had a very stiff pizza. So the quality isn't great either. I'd honestly called this place good and nothing more. My preference is Dominos but my wife likes pizza hut.

They are always awesome. The gang there are extremely nice and have no problem with my special oeders. Love the crew there
