I ordered two pepperoni melts, carryout, and I couldn't believe the condition they were in when we picked them up. unfortunately I didn't check them right away. Why weren't they placed in the usual box for melts.  I am less than happyFood: 1/5

Ordered two melts and was placed in a very real state of disbelief upon seeing how they were packaged. Looks like someone threw up into a box and sent it to my house. Forgot my cheese sticks also : spend money literally ANYWHERE else.Food: 1/5

DO NOT use your card here. My card was charged twice. I left a 10 dollar tip and it went from 60.00 to 70.00 but I had a 70.00 charge and a 60.00 charge on my card later on. I used work for 3 different Pizza Huts. If the info was entered correctly, there would have only been 1 charge. I was told to wait the weekend and the charges would drop off. They didn't. I went back up there and was told they don't have a corporate number and there is no number for the franchise owner. They are a bunch of liars and thieves. Order from another one and pick it up if you have to. Maple, Garfield, and Warrensville have all been run down.

I've ordered from here over 20 times and It just keeps getting worse, from little things to almost always forgetting the sauces even if you order them specifically to forgetting the cheese sticks entirely or covering them in cinnamon when it wasn't requested or asked for. If you order a pizza with a lot of toppings it's almost always undercooked making me very suspicious that they cook all their pizza at the same temp. I ordered a very undercooked meatball pizza and a supreme pizza more recently that was also undercooked. I highly recommend you find a new place to order or atleast try a different location if your going to get any pizza stick to one topping so they can cook it properly.  If you try to call in and complain they'll hang up on you most the time.  Dietary restrictions: If you have Diet restrictions do not order from here, They mess up orders all the time.

We had awesome service from the Turney Rd . Pizza Hut the driver was fantastic the food was hot and everything was right. You always expect a margin of error with such a big order but everyone was happy. Thank you!  Vegetarian options: My niece and her family are vegetarian and they don't have to settle for just cheese pizza when we order from pizza hut. Stuffed crust pizza is the best.

I made 2 different online orders for pick-up, and Pizza Hut staff called to verify. I appreciated the extra touch of them reaching out to me on a very busy holiday--Christmas Eve. The food was hot, and delicious.Food: 5/5

My pizza wasn’t all the way done and they remade it the exact same way and when I just asked for a refund he told me he wasn’t going to do it. He was yelling and poking at my pizza! He was cursing and very unprofessional. When I asked for his name he said unfortunately I don’t have a name! When I asked for his corporate number he said they don’t have one! This was him!

First visit to this location. The pizza was burnt. Tried to tell me that it was because it sat in the warmer 30 minutes.  My response was it should be warming not cooking. They offered to remake pizza. When I got home to feed the family the pizzas only had a whisper of sauce. Only one was to have light sauce but they were all less than light sauce. I took them back the next day since they were now closed. While waiting for the remakes, 2 other customers came in to get pizza ....one was not ready but when it was ready it was burnt. The other customer had other complaints. Also while waiting two employees began loudly cursing each other out. This was extremely worrisome. I decided it would be safer outside so I sat in my car to wait for the remake to be ready. Never returning to this location.

This pizza hut never disappoints me I love it they always hook the pizza up

My  pizza and chicken were prepared well and the way I ordered it. The customer service is lacking. There was no greeting, was not offered a bag for the small items like the chicken bowl. The whole transaction was dry.
