See the review below me These guys took my order, never showed up, never called and then when I called them an hour and a half later, they lied to my face about my order then all of a sudden “ran out of dinner boxes” at 4pm. 15 minutes later what shows up, a dinner box. Cold, and wrong order, but those are things I can deal with, the exception, being lied to. And the driver told me that when a customer places an order, the manager immediately sends out a notification to the customer that their order is on the way, while their drivers are out delivering food elsewhere, specifically to make the store produce numbers that reflect a high percentage of on time delivery. So on top of lying to customers, they’re cheating the franchise itself. People like this disgust me. Please remove this man from his position as a manager, he doesn’t deserve it. Wonder how many fraud charges that guy could catch........

I placed an order at 10:16pm cst. The pizza was taking long to arrive so I decided to pull out my tracker by this time it’s 11:00pm, the tracker said my food was on the way. Shortly after at 11:07 I received a call from their so called manager telling me they no longer had the dinner box i had ordered. My first question was why did you wait an hour to call & tell me that after I’ve been waiting for so long. He then tells me that they were busy & didn’t offer any solution so I asked for a refund & he hung the phone up in my face. I went into the restaurant to have the issue resolved which at this point I’m frustrated & upset I had kids that were hungry & the customer service provided from so called management was HORRIBLE. The so called manager then proceeded to call the cops on me rather than dealing with the issue at hand. If your not able to hand upset/irate customers then a customer service position isn’t for you. He never explained the refund process i had to hear it from the cop. They are rude an unprofessional. & NEVER have anything. If you don’t like your job quit!!

Ordered at 9:00 p.m ON 3-18-18 and at 10:22 p.m still no pizza, after calling and being put on hold for almost 8 minutes then told to be patient, then placed on hold again only to be told that they didn't see the driver in the store that he must be out delivering my pizza. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Explains why you only have a 3 Star rating! I will purchase from a competitor next time!!

ATTEND ATTEND PIZZA HUT CUSTOMER. I'M WARING YOU TO BE CAREFUL WHEN U USEING UR DEBIT CARD. PIZZA HUT ON COLLEGE ST IS SEALING MONEY FROM UR CARD. IF U USE UR DEBIT CARD TO ORDER FOOD PLEAS HAVE A ALERT TO COME ON UR PHONE. THEY ARE VERY SMOOTH WITH IT AND IF THEY DONE IT TO ME, HOW MANY OTHERS OUT THERE THEY DONE IT TO ARE DOING IT TO. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.... THANK U EBONY

They said45 -1 hr.called back said the guy lied.it's going to be1 1/2 - 2 hour. Not even hot. I learned my lesson .No more hut for me.didn't even get a discount.wasn't the nicest guy either
