I just want to say thank you to the greatest and kindest manager on night shift he always smiles no matter of what the situation is he will always make sure the customers are good and comfortable in work environment and he always fast on feet and most importantly thing he always make sure his coworkers are good and I’m definitely going come back I love this new environment and pizza spot and manager’s.

I had the pleasure of interacting with a manager during my recent visit to Pizza Hut, although her name slipped my mind momentarily. I must commend her for her exceptional customer service skills. Our conversation while waiting for my pizza to finish cooking was truly delightful; it felt like chatting with a close friend. I believe that her warmth and friendly engagement exemplify the kind of customer service that sets a positive tone for the entire dining experience. I sincerely appreciate her effort and hope to encounter more staff members like her in the future.

New management totally turned this location around. Pizza was way better. My breadsticks were cut and seasoned nicely. Even the store was way cleaner than last time. Give them another try...

Place closes before posted closing hours. Ordered my food, was given a delivery time. Next message they will arrive at a certain time. Next message, order was canceled. THANKS. Hope my money is refunded.

Absolutely horrible. I will never order there again. I continuly get a shamed pizza box where the cheese is on top of the box. And I get other shamed products like my chicken wings and cinnamon rolls. I called and they gave me a "credit". I haven't order in a few weeks and went other places to order. Came back for my credit and it wasn't there.  The Manager John was a joke and was not even helpful. I will no longer be eating pizza Hut!  This happens all the time and I always leave a $10 tip. No more! I'm done!

I think management should look at cameras on this date 7/15/23 and hopefully fix whatever happened. Guess someone left the staff hanging. Kudos to the 3 staffmembers there + dish dude that stuck it out because everything was just so unorganized and wrong it was truly indescribable.  Very common for this location to be unorganized.

Service was friendly. Food quality was excellent. Value for the money was very good.Food: 5/5
