I love that pizza hut is in the Westend on Broadway. But I order my food online to pick it up and when I arrived my food was ready to pay and pick it up, the lady that checked us out was super cool and polite, but again there was two guys had a little disagreement and said something to one another, which one guy was sleep on the bench waiting for food or not! My food wasn't i expected to be! Kinda cold and burned at the same time! Come on Louisville we can do better especially where all African Americans work! We can do better! So Sorry but I'm giving this pizza hut 2 out of 10!!!
The middle of the pizza is not even cooked and I can’t get an answer on the phone to get my money back also I asked for a Dr Pepper and received a Mountain Dew….Food: 1/5

The food was good, and freshly made to order. I think for the extra marinare sauce for about 70 something cents is too expensive for the little serving that they give you. And although the girl that was waiting on me almost forgot to put my extra sauce in my bag that I paid for, her service was pretty good. The P'Zone, and the Hersey Triple Chocolate Brownie was pretty good. I was surprised that the browine was not cut up for me. I don't know if they do that or not, but it would have been nice. So when I got it home, I cut it up myself into 9 squares. The lobby is very weird. It almost feels like a abandoned warehouse or something. There are no tables or anything for you to dine in. I used to like it back in the days when they had tables inside for you to sit down and enjoy your food. I remember back then you could play music on the jukebox. They do have a parking lot, but no drive-thru. But over all for the most part, good job!
I had to wait over 20 minutes for an order that had been called in and should have been ready upon my arrival. I had to go search for my food which had been sitting inside the hot box whilst I was waiting. No communication between the Team Members caused this to happen! Parking: Parking is limited next to the restaurant, however additional parking is nearby but it's hazardous moving about this parking lot due to traffic that cut through from Broadway to 28th Street in order to avoid the light.
The 7 dollar deal is the best. A few boneless wings were so fresh, yummy. The personal pan is so much better than a big pizza.Food: 5/5
The pizza melt was delicious and my fries were hot n fresh. The service was good and my food was ready when i got there.Food: 4/5

Not my favorite pizza place, but I do think they make the best pan pizza of the fast food pizza joints. If you like crust and fluffy pan, this one's yummy
It was pretty bare in the waiting area with just seating along the windows & an out of order Ms. Pacman but the level of service more than made up for that. I hadn't had the boneless chicken and the young lady taking our order asked if I wanted to try the flavors 1st. Our food was prepared quickly, considering we walked in, and it was hot & fresh. I was very satisfied & would visit again.
