Pizza didn’t even taste good or like Pizza Hut. Breadsticks were burnt. Ans the food seemed like it had been sitting for awhile. The bread sticks were a little soggy too. The driver left his change in the car so he couldn’t provide me with change and I had to tip $10 for food we couldn’t eat. I ended up throwing the 2nd pizza and breadsticks away. $47 for inedible food.

Front door was boarded up so that was weird. It asked the guy what happened and he said he didn’t know he didn’t work that store usually. My app said my food was ready so I went in and dude said he was working on it. Inside was nice and clean and food was good.

Ordered the big pizza box online with 2 pizzas, pasta and breadsticks with sauce.  Paid for the order to be delivered.  We received our order without the dipping sauce for the bread.  I called the restaurant and asked if it was supposed to be included, which they said it was.  I asked if it could be sent out to us since it was their mistake.  I was placed on hold for a long period of time about 7 minutes according to my phone call time.  They finally came back on the lone and said it would be delivered shortly.   The delivery person arrived a short time later with a small container barely filled half way.  Super disappointed that I waited for sauce that my family could only use for 2 and a half breadsticks.  Easy to say I won't be giving my business to Pizza Hut anymore

I went in with my 6 yr ol and 10yr my 6yr old got personal tickets from school and had promised to buy a pizza for his brother. Unfortunately one of tickets were expired i spoke ahead of time Malik to ask if he'll just except one of the expired ticket just so my youngest would feel happy he got his older brother a pizza. Malik he was nice to act on it thank you

Me and my husband called to see if they delivered where we were located. Person on phone was RUDE as ever and lied saying they didnt deliver out here, when someone that we talked to in Tractor Supply says they get delivery all the time. DON'T LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!Food: 1/5

First time ordering from this particular Pizza Hut. I used the app and waited 10 minutes passed the time it said my pizza was ready. I chose contactless curbside option and parked in front. I called twice and was just on hold the entire time; I never saw someone pick up a phone inside and it wasn't that busy. Finally went inside and my pizzas were behind the counter ready to go out. I missed out on hot pizza, and one of the pizzas was a little off on the taste for some reason. I'll be avoiding this store in the future if I can help it. My local Pizza Hut is just fine and knows how to do contactless curbside. At least if they removed that option I would know to go inside, but I like using curbside for the convenience.

Please everyone make sure you are checking your charges after ordering, they can change the amount they charge you two days after the fact, they did that to my sister and updated her $55 charge to $111 so please be sure to check your charges on your card. It’s wrong for people to do things like this. I don’t see how they could have done this on accident.

Customer service sucks. One of the worst I have experienced.  I walked in with my brother Inlaw, we stood for a couple of minutes at the fron and there were 2 employees at the front talking to each other and never said anything to greeted or saidanything to us. They just kept talking ignoring us. This happened on Saturday July 15th around 8:40 pm. Is this the new trend?

I usually go to this Pizza Hut but after today I will not be going back. People in the front were very unfriendly and rude.. while I was sitting down they were talking about pervious customers in a negative way. So unprofessional. Plus the pizza had way too much sauce and tasted disgusting.
