Service was friendly, quick and accurate. Our pizzas were steaming hot when we picked them up. Each slice had the perfect amount of pepperoni. Will return to this location.Food: 5/5
I set up an order on the Pizza Hut app and the app told me the transaction did not go through however my credit card was charged. So I called and asked if they saw it go through and they just said nope. So I asked when I’d get my money back and they said “couple days form now” I would’ve been happy just showing the transaction or something and getting my pizza but now I have to spend 80 dollars on pizza tonight and HOPE I get that forty back at some point? Lovely.
Fell way below expectations - This pizza hut was very behind. The app said that my pizza was ready to pick up, but they had not started my order yet. I ordered a supreme, a meat pizza, and a pepperoni with cheese crust. The crust was very thin and appeared to be partially cooked. The supreme pizza was missing a couple of toppings. Nothing tasted right. This was the last straw for pizza hut. I'm not ordering again.
We visit this store frequently and am extremely unimpressed the last few times. We ordered tonight, I walk in and no one acknowledged me for 2-3 minutes, which I don’t mind, if it’s busy and you’re understaffed, but one person was sleeping, one was washing their hands and then seemed to turn the opposite direction to purposely not have to acknowledge me, another was pulling pizzas off of the oven, which were ours. Pizzas were undercooked and bbq pizza hardly had bbq. Kids were disappointed but we put the undercooked one in the air fryer. On another order a few weeks ago, we ordered 2 hours in advance for delivery of 5 pizzas. Order was almost 45 minutes late. Their driver no showed and instead of letting us know they called for door dash. Again, I understand, but communication. We will more than likely stick with Papa John’s moving forward. This store seems to really struggle with customer service and our experience lately hasn’t been the best.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. I ordered 2 pizzas Friday night for my granddaughter's birthday party. Suppose to be delivered at 6:30 PM. Called store at 7:05 and was told the driver was on the way. Called back at 7:35 until 7:50 and kept getting an automated voice saying the store was closed, call back during normal hours. By 8 PM I logged into my credit card to request a reversal on the charge. I noticed someone had credited my account the amount for the pizza. No one called to tell me they had cancelled my order and I couldn't talk to anyone at the store.
The female "manager" GLORIA must have just been released from the penitentiary or something. She definitely has zero customer service skills, zero people skills, and zero personality. I tried ordering cheese bread the other day online. I was called back and told they ran out of cheese bread. Fine. They should refund me, No? When I noticed that the charge cleared the bank, I tried calling to resolve the matter, but no answer. So I went to the store in person. The "woman" manager Gloria proceeded to yell at me. Make fun of me. Saying I was wrong and to take it up with corporate office, as they are only franchise. Then she walked away. I was one breath away from going ballistic in that pizza hut. But I gathered myself, then called the cops. They did nothing. But at least I got a little satisfaction.
Doesn't even deserve a star. This is how my pizza came when I opened it. This is unacceptable and shows they do not do quality checks. I tried to call the store and goes to a voice mail not set up. I called and talked to someone who transferred me to be put on hold and then transferred back to the selection screen. It is doubtful I will order from here again. Follow up I of course complained online and get the response below and no surprise they never contacted me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store and go to Dominos instead.
Definitely wouldn’t order from here ordered a pizza and wings for carry out showed up 30 minutes later to the wings not even being started and spending an extra 15 in store while my pizza sat on the counter and got cold. The gentleman inside was very nice and apologized because he wasn’t trained and had to FaceTime his manager to ask what he was supposed to do. Absolutely terrible leadership.
this how my pizza arrived. it was really good. delivery guy was nice too. creative way to box a pizza but I had a good experience.
The manager is constantly cussing, yelling, and throwing things around as she talks to the employees. She yells for more than 30 minutes at a time sometimes, we've had to call the non emergency number before several times because she seems violent and can hear everything from where we're at. I don't understand why she is in charge of a restaurant with those kinds of manners and temperament. Will never buy pizza from that place, if she disrespects the employees who knows what goes on with the food.
