Ordered online and went to pick up. This was just a last minute kids bday party  extra pizza  order. Basically, I wanted more finger foods for the party and this was close by, unfortunately. Not only did they get the orders wrong, they overcooked the pizza. This isn’t the first time this location had screwed up served terrible food to me. The kids at the party were really excited to get more pizza  but this was embarrassing to try to serve. The guy at the restaurant decides not to remake my order-instead, he decides to cook pepperoni  in the microwave and place it on the hard, over cooked cheese pizza that they have given us. All I ordered was pepperoni pizzas- and they couldn’t even get that right. I was willing to wait, being patient and kind, not wanting to disappoint the kids at the party, but no-they gave me cheese pizza and once I mentioned that it’s not what I ordered, they checked my order and decided to cook pepperoni in the freakin microwave and hand place it on top of our pizzas and then hand it back to me. I thought it was very ghetto and dirty of him to do such a thing. I’ve never seen a Pizza Hut with such low standqrds with no  expectations from their employees-it is obvious that this is a franchise. The hiring manager needs to be fired bc they continue to hire and train this type of thing-the only way to revive business I see the other bad reviews is to start fresh with a new set of quality employees that are not necessarily comfortable on the job but aim to produce quality product and serve with grace. What u have now is nothing. The employees here, it’s pathetic, ’I’m to classy to ever step foot in this location again. Ridiculous.

I'm a big fan of Pizza Hut's thin crust offering. This location was carryout or delivery. No dine in. I arrived during the dinner rush and they were slammed. Despite that, staff was friendly and got my order ready quickly. Not inexpensive $17 for a medium one topping but super tasty and lots of of pepperoni. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5

Ordered the New Big New Yorker. Cost me $23 for it and it came cold, way over cooked, the crust was very hard and so was the over cooked cheese. No sauce and the mushrooms were just tossed on top and did not even seem to have actually cooked on the pizza. My kid usually can devour an entire pizza and only ate 3 slices it was that bad. Total rip off.

My favorite is the big box with wings, cheese sticks and supreme pizza. Yummy and good price.Food: 5/5

This pizza hut is clean & not too hectic. The app works quite well. The time sequences are very much on time. You get your pies hot with no fanfare. In & out in no time, if picking up. There may be pan handlers so take care coming & going.

Ordered $60.00 worth of pizza and wings order said it would be here by 6pm , that was not the case I called to see where my pizza was about 10 minutes later was told there where running behind my pizzas was on its way  30 minutes later pizzas arrived , got a call Monday morning from a lady that said she was a manager she asked what had happen I explained to her she said I’m very sorry I will make sure you care credit you 60 dollars for your next order make sure you use it because it will expire in 30 days we’ll j call yesterday a guy answered ask to speak to a manager. He told me he was a manager. I gave him my phone number to see if my credit was on there. He told me know that that credit wasn’t on there. I told him what happened and he said no you’re not getting a credit I will never use a Pizza Hut ever again !

Lousy experience and pizza was rushed and burnt. My delivery driver almost left with my Pizza after asking for a pen?? To sign my receipt. You didn't come prepared. And when I signed it she almost leaves with my Pizza. I had to literally remind her that I had yet to receive it. And then I ordered a drink and then didn't receive it. The process for a refund was long and I truly hope I receive it.

Ordered a pizza which was delicious!! They were a little busy at the moment so I didn’t expect it to be ready right away. However, I noticed the “manager” Yosibil being rude to his employees. If you support managers being rude and talking to the ones making your pizza like they’re incompetent, come here. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I will be reporting him to corporate.

Quality of workers who makes pizza and do cleaning no gloves and dirty, Need to change management and employees to get better quality! After ordering pizza there, saw how dirty it is and cancel deal, can’t believe what I saw! Been here before, was cleaner!

PLEASE. Put MORE SAUCE!.   My pizza was very dry. I even ordered extra sauce.  What's the deal?  Why does everything in Florida City suck?
