Idk what these reviews are about… seems a lot like delivery is the issue, not the store itself? But that’s my personal opinion. I spent a lot of time searching which store to order from bc reviews were horrendous, EVERYWHERE. I picked up my order bc I wasn’t taking chances w/ delivery & im so happy I did. I love my stuffed crust, ultimate favorite!

We make an order online and then ask the lady if they have a debit machine and they say yes. When they get to our location. The guy is standing there with no machine. We ask him where the machine is because we are paying with a credit card….. the guy says they don’t have one because the company is too cheap. HUH? how does a food delivery company not have a debit machine?  So then they say they can try to take payment over the phone. We give the information and they said it will not work because their system won’t accept a Canadian postal codeeven though it is a US $ credit card  So you only take American credit cards that have American ‘zip codes’  I guess only American citizens can buy food here with a credit card. LOL  They take all the food back which likely ended up in the trash. Nice alternative guys

To start, my experience was as all experiences should be. That's why I gave a 5 star review. It was a delivery order, and it went exactly as I expected. The address confirmation call was a great surprise, as I was staying in a hotel. The arrival call was another great surprise, as I watched them pull in and they called immediately. I definitely appreciated everything that occurred!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.!!!! We ordered from this store looking for an alternative to papa John's and other pizza joints near by.  Order placed and message with estimated delivery 25 to 35 minutes.   Another message stating food out for delivery; 40 minutes later still no pizza.  I called the store and the guy is a moron, he says: the fact that the app says is out for delivery or that you got a text doesn't mean is out only that is out of the oven.  We are still waiting for the driver to pick up.  Now I got another text. Pizza is out for delivery and will be there in 25 minutes.  The original 25 to 35 minutes has turn into one hour. And the store is supposed to be 1.5 miles from my place.  I just got another update, this one pushes delivery back another 30 minutes.    It is now 1.5 hrs since order was placed and I am considering loading the kids in my truck and just go to a Wendy's or something.  If I  had any hope to get my money back I would cancel, but based on phone interaction with store employee; this may not be an option since the guy comes across as a CONDESCENDING MORON. Update. Food arrived. 1 hr and 45 min after order was placed.  Pizza is saggy and cold.  Overall one of the worst pizzas we have ever tasted.  The excuse for being late is that it was delivered by Door Dash and it's driver took too long and got lost on the way to pick up and to deliver it.  However that should not excuse the poor quality of the food.  The graphic designer that touched up the food pics for their website is amazing because in that site the food looked tasty and attractive but in reality it was far , not even close to it. Lunch time is now gone, I already put something together for the kids and this piece of trash is going right where it belongs. Garbage...

Incredibly rude!  Did not do anything to deliver my pizza. I called them to see the status of my order and I was told the delivery person did not WANT to deliver my pizza. Try another place. This pizza hut is not worth it.Food: 1/5

Hi I just moved into the Ft. Lauderdale area a few weeks ago and this is the 3rd attempt I give to order from this Pizza Hut giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe the staff was having a bad day l. For starters I ordered online and my pizza took 2 1/2 hours on a Tuesday and even though in there website my deliver said it was delivered it didn’t arrive til an hour and a half after that I ordered at 11am the first order and received my pizza at almost 3pm ice cold .  The second attempt I had to cancel because they said they were under staffed and couldn’t give me an approximate delivery time. Which is understandable so I ordered elsewhere primantis is amazing they just only delivery through grub hub  Now today my third attempt the employee that answered the phone alysa said she was the general manager on duty since I requested to speak with management from the start since I wanted to make sure that the standard 45 minutes delivery would atleast be honored but I was given attitude from the start with unneeded sarcasm not only is the staff rude at all times whether it’s weekdays or weekends they’re pizza get to you cold delivery is $5 and then you have to tip the driver never did I want anything for free just my pizza how I want it and on time for my kids.  This is the nearest Pizza Hut for all the people that come here from all over the world to vacation here on Ft. Lauderdale beach you guys need to step up your customer service skills !!!!!

Worst Pizza Hut experience ever. I ordered online and when I arrived at my pick up time my order had not begin to be prepared. Took them an addidtional 30 minutes and no one apologised or offered any compensation. Poorly managed location and lazy employees standing around looking confused. I will never visit that location againFood: 1/5

I ordered from this location tonight, and they completely messed up my order. I called the establishment and spoke to someone for a brief 20 seconds and then was placed on hold for over 10 mins. I called the location from a different phone and they answered immediately… so why was I still waiting on hold on the previous line? I told the other person who answered the phone the situation, and they volunteered since I was allergic to the toppings that was on the previous pizza. They arrived to my house within 25 mins with this. See picture below very disappointed. Honestly would you eat a pizza like this?

Always quick service. I usually go inside to pick up my pizza rather than doing contactless curbside pickup. At least for me, ensures I get the freshest pizza.  They’ve been doing amazing recently with their Detroit style pizza and now spicy lovers. Take a look at that heat!

I like this Pizza Hut location for several reasons. The first being that the Pizza dough seems to be a little more fluffy and it translates well to the final products. The location is also very pleasant and as a Dine In feature with a more formal seating structure. #pizzanight #pizzahut #stuffedcrust
