Pizza Hut in Burkburnett is a win some lose some location to eat at and for delivery. Carry out is normally really good though. However, there's been times I feel I've gotten my money's worth and time I haven't. The ingredients are great it just really depends on what time of day you dine because it makes the difference in the quality of the food prep. The customer Service is pretty great though and they are opening a brand new store right next door which will offer a better dine in experience.

Very clean inside.Nice and cool in lobby area, tables were set with silverware. Employees are super friendly and have a very happy demenor.

We ordered four pizzas on a Friday night got them fast and they were good, but the upcharge for pan crust was kinda stupid to me

If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered online, waited 10 minutes after it said it would be ready before getting there. There were 6 people ahead of me. All waiting for their food. When it was finally my turn in line, there were 6 more people behind me, and they start calling other people that arrived after me when my order was in the warmer since at least we got there. It was a disorganized free for all! After waiting about 20 min, I left with no pizza. I wasn't going to wait any longer. I will never order another thing there.
