Very disappointed in the Ark City, Ks location!! I have had trouble before ordering pizza from this location and then not having it right or having little to no toppings or sauce on the pizza and charging an arm and a leg for it. Tonight did it for me I ordered two pizzas and two bottles of pop my ticket was over $30 it was a carry out order and we live 5 miles out of town. I specifically told them I wanted lots of sauce and toppings and I didn't want my pizza slapped together and looking skimpy, I've even paid extra for decent pizzas in the past. And he assured me they would be great. Of course i open the box when my husband brought them home and they are dry as a bone with hardly any toppings!! I Own a restaurant, I know that mistakes happen and I know most customers are out to get a 'deal' ... This is not the case... I am not asking to get something I didn't pay for... I simply want what I did pay for and was willing to pay extra. When I called to speak to a manager... She just credited $3 for each pizza!!! Ridiculous!! At my restaurant when we mess up we fix it.

They make my pizza perfectly. And if they make a mistake, which is rare, they always fix it.
